How about fucking no. This man has had a history of violent rape since he was 18. In 2002 a Victorian County Court judge sentenced him to serve at least eight years in prison for sixteen counts of rape committed against five victims. Which is already an inadequate punishment for rape.

He killed and raped a woman, after having stalked her for an extended period of time, whilst on parole for the rape of 5 other women. And you want to tell me he showed remorse?
